There is a wall mount air conditioner. Bedroom is furnished with either a double bed or two twin beds if double occupancy, or a double bed and a twin bed, dresser, and night stand.

The bathroom has a shower/garden tub combination.

$335/month includes pure artesian water, septic service, garbage service, wi-fi and use of all shared facilities. Hot water electric, heating and cooling are estimated at $50 per month.

All rental units and RV spaces making use of community facilities require a 3-hour per week "putter" commitment, or the equivalent. which means doing something constructive and personally enjoyable that contributes to the improvement of the community, wildlife, or recreational areas to the benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
