A developing intentional community in SE Arizona
RV Space 2
There are two tree-shaded RV spaces on the upper terrace, each with full hook-ups. Space 2 is to the south, with a 28 foot buffer space between the two spaces. This space has an 18' x 36' fence enclosure.
North of the spaces is a driveway that leads down to the horse facilities, and to the north of the driveway is a small artesian-fed pond and stream. To the east is a small mobile home screened by a thick hedge of carizo, and to the west is a view across the San Pedro Valley to the Whetstone Mountains. To the southeast is a campfire pit with three wooden benches. The San Pedro River is beyond the tree line in the west at the back of the property.
$255/month includes pure artesian water, electricity, septic service, garbage service, wi-fi, and use of all shared facilities. Private cable, phone, and internet are optional
All rental units and RV spaces making use of community facilities require a 3-hour per week "putter" commitment, or the equivalent. which means doing something constructive and personally enjoyable that contributes to the improvement of the community, wildlife, or recreational areas to the benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
