Community Areas

Use of facilities and equipment included in base rent and 3 hour per week "putter" time:

Indoor shared facilities: Kitchen, library (with wi-fi and stocked with books, DVDs, CDs, games, and computer software), solarium, community room, community bathroom, community bathhouse, storage room with access to all equipment (kitchen appliances, cleaning, etc.).

Outdoor shared areas: courtyard, recreation areas, 14 acre wildlife preserve, gated access to the San Pedro River Riparian Area, koi ponds, artesian stream, barbecue area, firepit, garden, workshop, garden storage shed (mower, weed eater, rototiller, garden tools, etc), horseshoe pit, croquet, volleyball net, basketball hoop, hotbed for early starting of seeds, bird stations, wildlife stations,

Planned areas: greenhouse, swimming pool, spa, sauna, small gym, exterior courtyard for cooking and dining, butterfly and hummingbird gardens, pit house.

Planned wildlife refuge development: bluebird trail, birdhouses, purple martin house, wildlife viewing train and blind, specialized habitats for endangered native species, possibly injured wildlife rehabilitation, and more...

Equipment to share: big screen projection TV in the community room, bicycles, camping equipment, diving equipment, multiple sailboats (13' Hobie Wave, 16' Hobie Cat, 23' Aquarius trailerable sailboat, 32' Atkins design blue water sailboat in San Carlos, Mexico) and sailing equipment, diving equipment, food dehydrator, multitude of small kitchen appliances, cake decorating pans and equipment, garden tools, barbeque equipment, and more.

Horse facilities: $50 per horse includes stall, water, electric, and use of arena, round pen, tack room, hay and feed storage area, and gated access to the 57,000 acre San Pedro River Riparian Area.
