Small Mobile Home

In the satellite photo of 1Sphere 1People Homestead (above), between the horses and the main cluster of Units, you can see to the east, sitting at an angle, a small mobile home It is 50' x 10' and has one bedroom, a small utility room, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen/living room. Someday it will go away, but for now it is available (November 1) for pioneer use.

There are two doors off the NE side and one possibility is to add an addition off the back door near the bathroom. We have a partially gutted (no bathroom) 24' travel trailer that would make an extra room in short order. It is now in one of the RV spaces and needs to be moved anyway. By parking it 3-4 feet away with its door aligned with the back mobile door, all that would be needed would be a walkway between them. The walkway could be covered/enclosed with steps leading to the outside. Our accommodations are mostly for 1-2 persons, but by adding the trailer three persons could live in the small mobile until we can construct something better.

All rental units and RV spaces making use of community facilities require a 3-hour per week "putter" commitment, or the equivalent. which means doing something constructive and personally enjoyable that contributes to the improvement of the community, wildlife, or recreational areas to the benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
