Unit 4
This is a small sleeping room for guests coming to check out the facility. It will have two bunk cots,, a commuinty bathroom, and storage for seldom used kitchen items. $12 per person per night, includes breakfast and use of community facilities. Bring your own bedding. Work for room and board option available. $75 per week.
All rental units and RV spaces making use of community facilities require a 3-hour per week "putter" commitment, or the equivalent. which means doing something constructive and personally enjoyable that contributes to the improvement of the community, wildlife, or recreational areas to the benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
